A subscription workout-streaming service for women managing fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and pain, delivered on seven platforms from one design system.
Cocolime Fitness had a library of 200+ workouts filmed by a certified trainer who lives with chronic illness herself, and an audience that was tired of fitness apps built for people with unlimited energy. They needed a real streaming product with a subscription business behind it, on every device their members already owned.
Native apps for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Vision Pro, plus Android phone, Google TV and Android TV. Every workout is tagged by type, energy level, intensity and equipment, so a member can filter for a five-minute seated stretch on a bad day or a 45-minute cardio session on a good one. Fourteen 28-day programs track progress, playlists group workouts by mood and goal, and new videos land weekly without an app update.
A 7-day free trial converting to a $24.99 monthly or $224.99 annual subscription through StoreKit 2 and Google Play Billing, with iCloud sync so progress follows the member from phone to TV. AirPlay and TV apps because a workout belongs on the biggest screen in the house.
Live on both stores with a 5.0 rating on the App Store, and a single codebase per platform that I still maintain on a monthly retainer.
Send a few sentences about the app, who it's for and roughly when you'd like it live. I reply within one business day with next steps and, if it's a fit, a time for a free 20-minute call.
